Women, for thousands of years, were regarded as someone worse than men. As a result, they were put lower in the social hierarchy. The 20th century gave them liberation. Was it a pure blessing? It seems that it was rather a very mixed blessing.
First of all, it must be considered for whom was it a blessing. It is obvious that there is a conflict of interests. Man no longer dominate over women. It means that they have to show respect to female. Women are happy, because they finally can do what they want to, they can choose any job they like. They have a right to vote and say no to those man, who always wanted something from women not giving anything. Moreover, liberation gave women more rights, so they are treated exactly the same as men. In addition to this, women put steps on fields, which were reserved only for men. Due to this fact, they take part in politics, they are managers, bankers, etc.
On the other hand, this liberation can be accepted only to some extend. Fake, for example, feminists. These women are laughed at, because they demand too much. Even other women can see, that the feminists fight for more and more rights. What they want is sometimes too much. Women who are strongly liberated lose the delicacy and sensitiveness so typical for women. This is because they want on all cost, to become similar to men.
To sum up, women liberation has its good and bad sides, but generally women deserve to be equal to men.
